Shore Excursions
January 2026
With THREE Port Days- it's Triple the Fun!
DINING options
Times may vary from At Sea Days to Port Days - be sure to have the Celebrity APP downloaded.
Since most questions are about Dinner, we'll start there and work backwards. :)
LATE NIGHT:
Oceanview Cafe (Buffet) - (Included) Deck 14 Aft 10pm to 1am Pizza and limited buffet options
Craft Social Bar (Additional charge ala carte) Deck 4 Midship Noon to Midnight Gourmet snack bites, bar food (very good!)
Cafe al Bacio Deck 4 Midship 6am to Midnight (food is included- specialty coffees are included in your drink package, alcoholic drinks may be extra depending on brand) Small plate sandwiches, pastries and desserts
DINNER Options - most restaurants are closed by 10pm except Oceanview Cafe and Craft Social ($) for Bar food:
Main Dining Room (Included): We have group dining every evening at 6pm in the one of the 4 Main Dining Rooms (a Schedule will be provided during the Cruise). The food here is excellent and to your liking. Order something not to your liking? Order something else! See two main courses or appetizers to try? Table share family style to try something new.
We'll be able to sit together and sit with different people within our group each night. Important to note is that you can order from ANY of the 4 Dining Room menus no matter what Dining Room we are in- everything comes from the same kitchen. No shorts are allowed in the Main Dining Room. At the beginning of each meal the waitstaff will ask about food allergies and dietary restrictions are carefully adhered to.
Oceanview Cafe (Buffet) (included): Want something quick or casual (shorts are allowed- swimsuits, wet clothes, and bare feet are not)? Head to the buffet, where every night (and lunch) there are MANY multiple stations (see pictures below) of different foods to choose from. Also has an ice cream counter "Scoops" (included) with cookies and ice cream option (After Eight mint chip- YUM) and Il Secondo Bacio coffee bar inside the Oceanview Cafe for specialty coffees and drinks - most are included with our drink package unless requesting a higher brand liquor. On a cool night the hot chocolate is very good and made fresh!
Specialty Dining (Additional charges apply per person for these):
****** If you are celebrating a special occasion and/or want to try one of these specialty restaurants, recommend booking on the Tortola evening (Wednesday, January 28th) when we're in port later and we have no activities planned.
Eden Restaurant- Deck 4 Aft This is my favorite specialty restaurant hands down. Located at the rear of the ship with sweeping views of the wake. You'll be able to see right into the kitchen where the kitchen staff prepare your meal. This one books out and reservations are required. Time your reservation for just before sunset to see the golden light. (see pictures below) The Novia Scotia Lobster Casserole is AMAZING. And save room for the dessert (Strawberry Delight, Butterscotch Creme Brulee, Meyer Lemon Tart, Azteca Chocolate Pie - oh my!
Rooftop Garden Grill - Deck 15 Aft Dine under the Stars in the open air. This is a weird space - it's next to the Rooftop Garden where there is a pickleball court and movies are played on a screen, and there are hottubs off to one side. The food is casual BBQ - yet there is a $45 charge per person. Coming from Texas - the BBQ was "meh" and the feedback we gave the cruise line after our September Cruise was that this should be included not an extra charge. Not worth it.
Fine Cut Steakhouse Deck 5 Midship - Although the Service was STELLAR, the steaks were similar in quality to the Main Dining Room, so is it worth @$65 per person upcharge? Not really! If you're really into steaks- they do offer some different cuts and varieties.
Le Petit Chef Deck 4 Midship - This is an hour "event" meal where an animated character is projected onto your plate and participates interactively with your meal. Great for kiddos.
Raw on 5 Deck 5 Midship (pricing varies for ala carte or a fixed menu)- Japanese food & seafood. Sushi, stir fry, small portions. If you love raw seafood there is a seafood tower (TIP: this one is open for lunch on at Sea days with similar menu items at a lower price)
Le Voyage Deck 5 Midship by Daniel Boulud - his first signature restaurant at sea. Have not personally experienced this, heard the food was good and very gourmet.
Then there are 5 different Special Event Dining Experiences- these are multi hours extra special specialty restaurant experiences, some come with fancy wine pairings and a pre-set menu. Think restaurant in a restaurant. The evening entertainment is SO GOOD with so many options that we've never wanted to take 2-3 hours for a meal.
LUNCH:
Most of the specialty restaurants have a lunch option (Additional cost per person) the list below are the INCLUDED lunch options:
Main Dining Room (Included): Deck 3 & 4 Aft Noon to 1:30pm Shorts are allowed for lunchtime (still no swimsuits, wet clothes or bare feet) - not all 4 main dining rooms may be open for lunch- the menu is the same for any dining rooms open.
Oceanview Cafe (Buffet) (included): Deck 14 Aft Noon to 2:30pm (some stations like Pasta closes at 1pm) Note: the Pizza Station in the very back aft of the Oceanview Cafe is option 11:30pm to 1am continuously
Mast Grill (Included) Deck 14 Midship near the Pool 11:30 am to 6pm Walk up. Hamburgers (including a vegetarian option), hot dogs, french fries
Cafe al Bacio Deck 4 Midship 6am to Midnight (food is included- specialty coffees are included in your drink package, alcoholic drinks may be extra depending on brand) Small plate sandwiches, pastries and desserts. **** This is the closest to our Meeting Place to get drinks and snacks for sessions. My favorite? Espresso Martini from Cafe al Bacio - nicknamed "the CAB" (not the Martini Bar as they make the espresso fresh at CAB)
Eden Cafe (included) Deck 5 Aft - 12:00 to 1:30pm This is tucked away way in the back of the ship and is a little known secret for lunch ONLY on SEA DAYS and rarely crowded (until the last day when it's "discovered") and has Soups, Salads and Sandwiches for a quick bite lunch. My favorite? The Prime Rib Sandwich with creamy horseradish. Watch out- the upgraded/premium items are extra!
Spa Cafe & Juice Bar (food included, smoothies & juices cost additional per person) deck 14 Forward inside the Solarium - is rarely busy for lunch and offers Soups, Salads, Smoothies and Juioes to order or pre-made.
BREAKFAST:
Main Dining Room (Included): Deck 3 & 4 Aft 7:30 to 9am Shorts are allowed for lunchtime (still no swimsuits, wet clothes or bare feet) - not all 4 main dining rooms may be open for breakfast- the menu is the same for any dining rooms open.
Oceanview Cafe (Buffet) (included): Deck 14 Aft 6am to 11am (some stations like Omelets made to order have limited hours 6:30 to 10am)
Cafe al Bacio Deck 4 Midship 6am to Midnight (food is included- specialty coffees are included in your drink package, alcoholic drinks may be extra depending on brand) Small plate breakfast sandwiches, pastries and desserts.
Eden Cafe (included) Deck 5 Aft - 7:30 to 9am This is tucked away way in the back of the ship and is a little known secret for breakfast and rarely crowded (until the last day when it's "discovered")
Spa Cafe & Juice Bar (food included, smoothies & juices cost additional per person) Deck 14 Forward inside the Solarium 7 to 10am - has fruit, muffins, cereal, Smoothies and Juioes to order or pre-made.
Because - wait - there's more:
ROOM SERVICE (almost 24 hours) serving all hours except 5am to 6am and 10am to 11am
Room Service is f r e e for Continental breakfast, for all hot meals, lunch, dinner, snacks at all other time is ONE flat rate of $9.95 plus 20% gratuity PER delivery (not per person or per item ordered). It's basically a service charge.
You won't go hungry? You can see all the menus and hours in the Celebrity App.
