Media Release

This event and the Velocity Society are audio recorded, video recorded, and there will photography taken of me and my guests on “Speakers at Sea Cruise”
In the event that I appear on audio, video, or in photos I hereby consent to and authorize use of my name, voice, likeness, words and participation, in whole or in part, in these recordings and any derivative materials based on them, and I understand that you intend to use them for educational, promotional, and commercial applications without compensation to me.
I agree that Speakers at Sea Cruises shall own all rights, title and interest, including copyright, in and to the originals and all copies of such audio, video or written recording, with full media and worldwide rights and as a participant I will be given access.

This release shall be governed in accordance with Texas law, may be amended only in writing, and constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter.

Cruise Acknowledgement

I also know that I may participate in cruise-related activities and knowingly participate in these activities completely at my own risk, agreeing to hold Soar 2 Success International LLC dba At Sea Cruises, its travel agents and team harmless and without liability as a result of my participation.

Gig Guarantee

If before September 15, 2025 I receive a booking between January 24 to February 1, 2026 that I may transfer this cruise payment to apply to one of the 2027 Cruises at the 2027 Cruise pricing. There are no transfer fees or penalties for transferring as long as transfers are made before September 15, 2025.

Medical and Family Emergencies

In the case of medical and family emergencies before or during the Cruise, I am responsible for the fees and travel arrangements. Speakers At Sea Cruises highly recommends a travel insurance policy that must be purchased separately from the event to cover these expenses.
